摘要: A review of theories ferroelectricity and experimental data on ferroelectric ceramics leads to the conclusion that an analytic theory such microscopic basis does not seem feasible. thermodynamic continuum is developed here, which based postulated isomorphism, relevant small signals only, between a polarized ceramic one under bias fields near limit its nonpolar state; this bears analogy Mueller's classical Rochelle salt. The results include elastic relation, supplements existing data, piezoelectric one, relates retained polarization agrees with measurements.
