摘要: [Purpose] This study aimed to investigate the effect of auditory rhythmic cueing on gross motor skills in children with autism. [Participants and Methods] A total 30 autistic aged 8-10 years mild moderate features participated this study. They were randomly allocated either control group (n=15), which underwent a specially designed physical therapy program, or same program addition gait training stimulation. To provide stimulation, combination metronome beat set child's cadence from MIDI Cuebase musical was used. Both groups received 3 sessions per week for months. The Bruininks-Oseretsky Test Motor Proficiency 2nd Edition used assess at baseline after months intervention. [Results] found statistically significant improvements bilateral coordination, balance, running speed agility, strength both treatment.
