摘要: Nephrectomy using MIS was described in pediatric surgery at the beginning of 1990s [1]. is probably most popular urologic indication for video surgical procedure children. There are mainly three ways to approach kidney MIS: laparoscopy and retroperitoneoscopy, which used techniques adopted children, prone posterior rarely by some authors [2–5]. In this chapter will show main aspects laparoscopic retroperitoneoscopic approach.
