摘要: This special report gives an insight in the rationale of utilizing nasal cavity for drug administration and formulation as well characterization preparations. As nose is easy-to-access, noninvasive versatile location absorption, this route delivery will play increasingly important role future product development both new repurposed drugs. The can be utilized local systemic including to central nervous system immune system. Typical strategies developments are reviewed, which nowadays mostly comprise liquid formulations. Although they straight forward develop, a number aspects from choice solvent, osmolarity, pH, viscosity more need considered, determine characteristics, not at least deposition. Nasal powders offer higher stability and, along with sophisticated devices, may major future.
