摘要: This article reviews the application of finite element methods to models bioelectric phenomena. The represent electrical fields created in body as a result membrane current sources or external applied for diagnostic therapeutic purposes. We formulate governing equations these and then derive generalized problem. 32 papers reviewed here, all those appearing literature date, cover areas electrocardiology, functional stimulation cerebellum, cochlea, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, cardiac defibrillation, impedance tomography, bidomain models, electroporation, bone. For each, we summarize purpose study, model details assumptions, major results, applicability study. are considered group critique appropriateness method, means implementation, factors affecting accuracy, thus providing an overview state modeling
