摘要: The term -omics refers to a biological field of study in which large scale network analysis techniques are used interrogate various processes. Omics based technologies have been widely applied studies primary cancers. More recently, improvements these techniques, such as increased sensitivity and decreased amounts input sample has allowed their utilisation the premalignant preinvasive disease. Many premalignant lesions known persist for lengthy periods time before progressing cancer only small proportion patients. Identification key genes molecular mechanisms involved progression may aid identifying patients at high risk play role determining potential targets prevention or treatment. This chapter outlines current contribution our understanding types adenocarcinomas.
