摘要: Polymer-modified cementitious coatings are considered to be one of the most promising waterproofing materials. In this paper, response surface methodology (RSM) is used optimize composition silicone modified polyacrylate emulsion (SPA)-sulphoaluminate cement (SAC) composite coating (SSCC) based on improvement property. Being as important factors, ratios SAC SPA, REP (redispersion powder) SPA and SiO2 studied. The results show that quadratic polynomial model fits experiment data fairly well, R2 Adj-R2 values for water absorption 0.9852 0.9662, respectively. differences observed from variation SAC/SPA REP/SPA extremely significant. SSCC decreases first increases afterwards with increasing ratio SPA. And a trend caused by gradually decreasing. By contrast, factor SiO2/SPA not optimal ranges, taken all factors into consideration, 0.8–1.0 SAC/SPA, 0.10–0.11 1.1–1.3 SiO2/SPA. case, can drop 4.25%.
