摘要: Many web-based services utilize both desktop and mobile terminals in delivering content functionality to their users. In terms of user experience (UX), the overall chain interactions, including non-mobile settings, becomes a central design target. The aim this study was investigate, what are key elements associated with these, cross-platform interactions. This paper presents findings from four week long field three services. During study, participants used on PCs devices. Diaries interviews were for gathering users' experiences Based our reflection related work, we argue that service UX include fit cross-contextual activities, flow interactions content, perceived coherence. We propose an initial conceptual framework experience. can be guide web services, as it draws attention essentially influenced by characteristics settings.
