摘要: Objectives Our primary objective was to determine the association of maternal serum analytes in pregnancies complicated by intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) stratified umbilical artery (UA) Doppler versus with appropriately grown for gestational age (AGA) and its potential use as screening model. Methods Retrospective cohort evaluating first second trimester aneuploidy markers women IUGR [90 absent or reversed end diastolic velocity (AREDV), 46 UA systolic/diastolic ratio ≥95th percentile 215 normal Doppler] 2590 AGA fetuses (control). Results Extreme levels each analyte were significantly more common IUGR/AREDV group than group: inhibin A >97th [≥2.27 multiples median (MoM)], OR: 41 (95% CI: 21–80); unconjugated estriol 97th (≥1.88 MoM), 15 8.2–27); PAPP-A (≥3.24 11.6 4.2–32). In a subgroup which all evaluated on patient, combination abnormal detected 73% 54–87%) fetuses. When risk factors included into calculation, it increased 91% 76–98%). Conclusions Abnormal preferentially identify those at greatest AREDV UA. © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
