摘要: The characteristics of urease and NAD glycohydrolase, immobilized on different matrices through linkage with polyclonal antibodies, were studied for their use as enzyme reactors. stability the derivatives was enhanced by immobilization but some leakage activity found, due to equilibrium between free bound enzyme. release solution depends affinity constant antibodies concentration substrate circulating in reactor. On other hand main advantage this easy method is low cost replacement inactive fresh catalyst.
