摘要: Hepatitis C virus (HCV) needs to tightly manipulate host defences in order establish infection. The innate immune response slows down viral replication by activating cytokines such as the type I interferons (IFN-α/β), which trigger synthesis of antiviral proteins and modulate adaptive system. HCV has therefore developed a number countermeasures stay ahead IFN Here, will attempt summarize current state research regarding responses against escape strategies. Particular emphasis be put on newly discovered mechanisms employs avoid induction infected cells.
