摘要: Feral populations, those which successfully persist outside of cultivation or husbandry, provide unique opportunities to study the genomic impacts domestication and local adaptation. We argue that by leveraging resources designed for domestic counterparts, powerful phylogenetic population data collection analyses can be disentangle complex demographic processes.
