摘要: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide methods and apparatus for detecting user equipment (UE) relays using beacons (whether in-band or out-of-band) other mechanisms. One method generally includes determining an identifier indicative a UE functioning as relay transmitting broadcast signal including identifier. Another receiving, at relay, first signals interval from serving UE; second interval, wherein are same type is greater than interval.
