摘要: SUMMARY The 'multiplicative' and 'additive' definitions of no-interaction in contingency tables are compared according to whether they possess or fail the properties being partitionable, closest independence, implied by amalgamation invariant, subtable invariant placing no constraints on marginal probabilities. It is shown that both fall short ideal. author believes multiplicative definition preferable a small margin.
