Stability of built-up beams and columns with thin-walled members

摘要: Abstract The aim of this paper is to present experimental results on built-up elements composed cold-formed C profiles with battened plates or stitches. test are compared theoretical predictions obtained by means the classical design method taking into account Q factor when thin-walled, for plates, and a new using A comparison shows that both methods lead safe accurate design.
