摘要: Rare-earth-Ba-Cu-O superconductors having improved critical current density are described, as methods of making same. These comprise a drop in J c less than factor about 7 at temperature between 30K to 77K, and magnetic field 1 Tesla, when the is applied normal surface superconductor, compared presence no field. superconductors, perpendicular HTS have peak that 50-90%, any orientation with respect value least 50%, Jc exists parallel superconductor.
