摘要: In this paper, we present a generic asymmetric encryption conversion ROC, namely Redundancy Optimal Conversion, which has the optimal message redundancy for one-way trapdoor function in random oracle model. To our best knowledge, it is first to achieve such an result both permutation and not length-preserving function. To obtain IND-CCA security, only needs weaker requirement of one-wayness, than partial-domain succeeds greatly extend application area conversion. Further, plaintext awareness property required any more, also contributes reduce hence removes re-encryption step decryption process, considerably reducing computational burden. Finally, simple construction two cryptographic hash functions bitwise XORs, as same widely used OAEP conversion, but more generally useful.
