摘要: Summary. Examination of the ovaries from 106 different species mammals has revealed presence in a number them sub-surface crypts, lined by germinal epithelium, which penetrate into, or pass through tunica albuginea. Such crypts are differentiated intra-ovarian clefts simply sub-divide ovary and Pfluger's tubes have no lumen. The constantly found six Pinnipeds, frequently numbers Marsupialia, Insectivora, many fissiped Carnivora, two Procaviidae, Loxodonta africana, occasionally Rodentia Primates, including human subject. In Pinnipedia, probably other species, maximum development is at time oestrus early pregnancy degree appears to undergo changes corresponding follicular activity oogenesis. Experimental injection gonadotrophins oestrogens causes appearance Putorius furo, does not normally show marked crypt formation. The association formation with oogenesis discussed it suggested that such possibly vestige primitive pattern ovarian structure. In subject associated possible subsequent fibroadenoma cystadenoma ovary.
