摘要: Abstract The importance of cholinergic systems for spatial working memory was examined by injecting scopolamine at varying times during a 5 hr-long retention interval imposed between the rat's fourth and fifth choices in an 8 arm maze. Regardless whether or not testing procedure required rats to adopt solution task, (1.0–5.0 mg/kg) did impair manner that suggestive effect on memory. Modest deficits observed some conditions appeared result from drug effects performance. Previous findings impaired acquisition accurate behavior scopolamine-treated evidently reflect influence physiological other than those necessary maintain information.
