摘要: In this study, the effects of parameters such as substrate hardness, surface roughness and stand-off distance to coatings formation properties during cold spraying process were examined. For purpose, deposited onto copper with using commercially available powder. Substrate hardness 55 HV, 107 HV 140 obtained by heat treatment deformation hardening methods. Different was SiC emery papers which have different grits spray manipulated 5, 10, 20 30 mm. After production coatings, characterisation procedures performed microstructural observations are optical scanning electron microscope surveys, porosity concentrations, coating thickness measurement.
