The Strategy and the Progress Made on E-Government Services in the EU

摘要: The need for the provision of a new generation e-Government services able to meet requirements modern technological societies member states European Union (EU) was quite evident since end previous century. To this end, EU urge its members actively participate on 2020 strategic plan “provision services” [1]. Union’s goal is incentivise participating further develop and evolve current in order promote interoperability better e-relations between with introduction e-Signatures e-Identification (STORK 2.0 project). Even though Europe trying achieve an ideal by implementing eGovernment 2.0, dipole has formed sense that pushing goals one other countries high percentage public sector corruption are prioritising e-services centered mainly tax collection, at expense objectives. In paper, effort attempted make up-to-date review criteria benchmarks used evaluating e-government worldwide. Also, assessment contacted how conform EU’s strategy.
