摘要: A recent trend identified in the agro-food literature is that financialization global food system further increasing distance between farm and plate as well abstracting physical commodities into market derivatives. How does food, a basic material need, become commodity, financial asset divorced from its form? This contribution explores growing abstraction of using Argentina's soy model case study.
