摘要: DNA fragmentation of frozen-thawed feline epididymal sperm from corpus and cauda regions was evaluated by three different techniques. The index (DFI) compared between techniques: the chromatin structural assay (SCSA(®) ), acridine orange staining techniques (AOT) dispersion (SCD). There were significant differences in DFI among (p < 0.05) with no correlations. Only values obtained SCD revealed a significantly higher spermatozoa (p < 0.05). discrepancy might be due to sensitivity each technique, severity damaged that can detected. difference technique indicate maturational stages spermatozoa, less condensation epididymis.
