摘要: The aim of this paper is the development a micro lancet needle made biodegradable polymer (Poly Lactic Acid, called as PLA). This device applicable to blood test system for diabetics. size follows: width 200 /spl mu/m, length 1000 thickness 100 mu/m. Since PLA naturally degrades itself in tissues, material safe human body. To achieve purpose study, we focused on wet chemical anisotropic etching process silicon negative groove, dry it by using gray scale mask, and micro-molding PLA. resistance force during inserting an artificial skin silicone rubber investigated. Sensory insertion also carried out.
