摘要: Studies were made of the behavioural and physiological reactions cattle undergoing ritual slaughter in Weinberg holding pen, which animal is inverted, American Society for Prevention Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) standing. Behaviour was analysed with reference duration procedures by recording activities on an ethogram. Blood samples taken at cortisol levels haematocrit, intramuscular pH measured 45 minutes 24 hours after slaughter. A wide range displayed ritually slaughtered these particularly pronounced pen. The mean time spent pen eight times longer than ASPCA haematocrit values significantly greater those or conventionally. results indicate that animals experienced more stress
