An unusual mediastinal lipoma simulating cardiomegaly.

摘要: A patient with vague, nonspecific symptoms was initially thought to have an enlarged cardiac silhouette on chest roentgenogram, and a primary intracardiac disorder suspected. At surgery, mediastinal lipoma diagnosed excised. The roentgenographic appearance represents unusual presentation of tumor.
