摘要: Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) refers to a chronic condition that is characterized by progressively worsening spontaneous without dermatomal distribution. The symptomatology includes out of proportion in time and severity the inciting event. purpose this review present most current information concerning epidemiology, diagnosis, pathophysiology, therapy for CRPS. In recent years, discovery pathophysiologic mechanisms CRPS has led significant strides understanding disease process. Continued elucidation underlying pathophysiological will allow development more targeted effective evidence-based protocols. Further large clinical trials are needed investigate treatment disorder.
