摘要: An update on the referral pattern of patients with end-stage renal disease. This article first describes epidemiology and reasons late referal to nephrologist suffering from disease (ESRD). Depending definition, between 25 50% worldwide ESRD are referred very late. Second, relation quality pre-ESRD care, its impact selection dialysis modality, time start use an adequate vascular access, discussed. Finally, economic aspects described ways improve proposed.
