摘要: Abstract The n-octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS) monolayer was prepared by the Langmuir–Blodgett method. formation mechanism of OTS on water subphase investigated basis electron diffraction (ED) study, Fourier transform infrared external reflection spectroscopic (FT-IR/ERS) measurement and high-resolution atomic force microscopic (AFM) observation. Morphological changes in a compression process were observed AFM. FT-IR/ERS performed for at air/water interface, that ED AFM observations done transferred onto substrate. study observation revealed crystalline state 293 K. Also, showed molecules crystallize polymerize spontaneously right after spreading toluene solution subphase. Then, during compression, domain did not form larger ones sintering interface defect-diminished could be successfully using multi-step creep
