摘要: Electronic conductivity in polymer conductors, semiconductors, and insulators is described terms of mechanisms charge carrier generation transport. Basic models conductivity, specific to different classes materials (with special emphasis on semiconducting, photoconducting, conducting polymers), are presented their implications for interpretation experimental results discussed. Different techniques elaborated characterization transport all types polymers described.
