摘要: Publisher Summary The heterogeneous chemical nature of drugs makes a comprehensive treatment their chromatography somewhat problematic. While there is clear trend toward the dominance high-performance liquid (HPLC) in separation and analysis drugs, other techniques such as thin-layer (TLC) gas/liquid (GLC) too have many applications this domain. single most important advance chromatographic has been rise combined techniques. This mainly applies to combination HPLC with mass spectrometry (HPLC/MS) tandem MS (MS/MS), but significant advances also resulted from nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. successful interfacing revolutionized way are detected identified.
