摘要: In recent years the development of resistance to metazoan parasites has been demonstrated in several host species. Investigations Ackert, Africa, Cort, McCoy, Miller, Stoll, and others have shown definitely that an immunity is developed against such helminthic as cestodes nematodes. Much experimental evidence obtained on nature this results these investigations were summarized by Chandler (I932). He states "Resistance ininjurious effects infection influenced species race host, diet, age, intercurrent disease, other factors which lower reserve vitality host. Resistance acquisition continued accumulation worms vitamin deficiency, existing pre-existing with same worm. The acquired not only failure hosts acquire more parasites, but also loss already established, partial inhibition reproduction, retardation rate growth decrease size worms, some cases complete development. Evidence afforded at least part local nature, blood changes play little if any part, highly specific its nature." Up present very known about trematode infections. so far writers able determine, there are two definite records. Fujinami (I916) Sueyasu (1917) reported a horse calves became immune fluke, Schistosoma japonicum, after short duration. case was Donham, Simms Miller (I926). These investigators showed dogs intestinal Nanophyetus salmincola, produced so-called "salmon poisoning." most proved fatal, few instances survived afterwards parasites.
