摘要: Abstract Much interest has been taken in finding a solid base catalyst for reaction to produce biodiesel. Calcium oxide the great advantage of enhanced catalytic activity, but soluble substance is leached away from during reaction. In this paper, leaching was investigated on basis data heterogeneous transesterification soybean oil at reflux methanol. When calcium employed reaction, contents produced and glycerol were 139 4602 ppm, respectively. This indicated that amount corresponded 10.5 wt% catalyst. Since transformed into diglyceroxide beginning many substances derived diglyceroxide. Also, rather active transesterification. On other hand, with result only 4.0 wt%. case, did not catalyze conversion its methyl esters. Based experimental results, catalysis discussed. Additionally, removal by cation-exchange resin tested order purify oil.
