摘要: Alumina/graphene composite powders were produced by ball milling alumina and graphite for different times. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to characterize the obtained powders. 3–4 nm graphene sheets after 30 h time. Accelerative effect of also studied. Graphene reinforced alumina-based composites fabricated spark plasma sintering (SPS) technique from as-prepared Microstructural observation fracture surface conducted using scanning (SEM). It found that adding would hinder grain growth alumina, making much finer particles. [doi:10.2320/matertrans.MRA2008458]
