摘要: As the percentage dry weight of bulbs different onion cultivars increased, fructan content also increased. The higher contained concentrations molecular fructans. and non-structural carbohydrate increased from outer to inner leaf bases all cultivars. In low, medium high represents a fairly constant 87, 83 88% weight, respectively. This implied that differences should be assigned in water content.
