摘要: This paper takes a look at the countries of world and their rankings in terms material wealth. Using attributes variables featured development these synthetic indexes, it analyzes relationship between wealth levels estimates social development. First we use indicators estimated by UNDP. UNDP methodology multivariate statistical methods such as factor analysis, then turn to complementary estimators. Our results not only allow us identify which are better (or worse) turning economic growth into but they also contribute detecting dimensions behind position changes across various rankings.
