摘要: Ticks are one of the best known groups parasites. They have accompanied humans and their domestic animals throughout recorded history (Hoogstraal 1970 subsequent volumes) become a major focus medical veterinary research, not only because direct pathogenic influence on hosts, such as blood loss tick-induced paralysis (Gothe 1999; Pfaffle et al. 2009), but more importantly role vectors very wide range viral, bacterial protozoan diseases (Nicholson 2009). Indeed, ticks considerable economic importance constraint to animal production in most countries where they occur (Jongejan Uilenberg 2004). Despite this sinister background, fascinating, highly successful group, manifesting variety adaptations hosts environments which live.
