摘要: Abstract Based on (dimethylamino)ethyldiselenide, (diethylamino)ethyldiselenide and (dimethylamino)propyldiselenide six different bis(dialkylamino)alkylselenolates with zinc cadmium were decomposed by microwave irradiation in the ionic liquid (IL) 1-butyl-3-methyl-imidazolium tetrafluoridoborate ([BMIm][BF 4 ]) to give respective metal selenide nanoparticles. In comparison common methods like hot injection method attention was paid how variations of ligand system decomposition times affect nanoparticle synthesis respect size, shape, crystallinity crystal phase. The single-source precursors fluorous IL led mostly spherical, crystalline only slightly agglomerated No formation ZnF 2 or CdF observed which is from known dual-source synthesis. case precursors, hexagonal cubic ZnSe a particle diameter between 4–7 nm obtained, whereas CdSe an average 10–19 prepared. An increase time 5 15 min at 250 °C similar results concerning size phase method, thereby suggesting that has decisive role for nanocrystal growth stabilization. further stabilizing agents necessary reproducibly prepare particles below 10 20 nm, respectively. All dispersions nanoparticles [BMIm][BF ] characterized high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) powder diffraction (PXRD).
