摘要: Three dimensional cell cultures are receiving increasing scientific attention recently because of the biological similarity and relevancy to in-vivo system. Further understanding on responses microtissues change culture environment is lacking. In this paper, keratinocytes or keratinospheroids were cultured using liquid crystal based 3D technique. . The behavior both surface dish was investigated. Trypan blue exclusion assay live/dead kit applied study viability cells. production RPMI-1640 DMEM media also studied. transferred a tissue treated found spreading into monolayer while substrate merged larger piece microtissues. trypan showed > 80 % which agreed with microtissue transfer results stainings Calcein Am Ethidium Homodimer-1. in having higher concentration nutrients yielded significant number compared from day 2 (p < 0.05, t-test). Nonetheless, migrated synchronously mass substrate. physical properties produced highly influenced by environment.
