摘要: Aminoazaheterocycles are a group of organic molecules having an amino attached to carbon adjacent ring nitrogen in aromatic system. The nucleic acid bases adenine, guanine, cytosine and the vitamin thiamine examples ortho-aminoazaheterocycles which exist naturally as essential compounds required for proper physiological biochemical function biological systems. A large number important medicinal agents covering wide spectrum pharmacological activities also belongs this chemical group: e.g. anti-anaemic, folic acid; antimalarial, pyrimethamine; broad antibacterials, trimethoprim cefotaxime; anticancer agent, metoprine; diuretics, triamterene amiloride (Fig. 10.1). Many aminoazaheterocycles vivo metabolites 10.2). known aminoazaheterocycles, among most mutagenic carcinogenic compounds, formed during cooking process foods have been detected charred meat, broiled fish pyrolysates proteins acids 10.3), (Sugimura Nagao, 1979; Sugimura Sato, 1983).
