摘要: Upon activation through high affinity IgE receptors (FceRI), mast cells (MCs) can release up to 100% of their content preformed mediators stored in cytoplasmic secretory granules by compound exocytosis. This causes Type I immediate hypersensitivity reactions and, the case inappropriate allergens, symptoms allergy. Recent work has uncovered a central role SNARE (Soluble N-ethylmaleimide-Sensitive Factor (NSF) Attachment Protein (SNAP) Receptors) proteins regulating numerous membrane fusion events during defined series new molecular actors MC exocytosis that participate regulation and connection machinery with early signaling events. The purpose this chapter is describe these provide brief overview on mechanism action.
