摘要: Lead-halide perovskites are well known to decompose rapidly when exposed polar solvents, such as water. Contrary this common-place observation, we have found that through introducing a suitable minor amount of water into the reaction mixture, can synthesize stable CsPbBr3 nanocrystals. The size and crystallinity, result band gap tunability strongly emitting nanocrystals correlate with content. Suitable amounts change crystallization environment, inducing formation differently shaped perovskites, namely spherical NCs, rectangular nanoplatelets, or nanowires. Bright photoluminescence quantum yield reaching 90 % were employed for fabrication inverted hybrid inorganic/organic light-emitting devices, peak luminance 4428 cd m-2 external 1.7 %.
