摘要: Abstract Some kinetic properties of gill Na+,K+-ATPase the estuarine crab, Chasmagnathus granulata, and its involvement in osmotic adaptation were analyzed. Results suggest presence different isoforms anterior posterior gills. They have affinities for Na+, but similar affinity values K+, Mg2+, ATP enzymatic profiles as a function temperature incubation medium. Ouabain concentrations which inhibit 50% enzyme activity also two types Enzyme Na+ are higher gills than ones. Furthermore, K+ to or those other structures involved osmoregulation several euryaline decapod crustaceans. Acclimation low salinity was related significant increase maximum K+-ATPase activity, mainly On hand, crab acclimation high induced decrease both These results accordance osmoregulatory performance showed by C. granulata diluted media, point out major role this species.
