摘要: This paper proposes a complete design procedure for LCL filters intended electric vehicle (EV) ultra-fast battery chargers. The basic modeling of is reported and the optimal ratio between grid-side converter-side inductance discussed. methodology based on identification all parameter constraints, which allow to graphically determine filter space. Once available space identified, feasible minimizes total required selected, since inductors dominate overall volume, loss cost. proposed directly applied 50 kW, 20 kHz 3-level unidirectional rectifier modular EV charger. performances selected design, in terms harmonic filtering current control dynamics, are verified by means simulation PLECS environment, proving validity methodology.
