摘要: Abstract Background Gait impairment is common in parkinsonian syndromes but not specific to striatonigral dysfunction. The relationship between the dopaminergic system and gait parameters poorly understood. This cross-sectional study aimed determine if measures are related striatal dopamine transporters distribution using [ 123 I]FP-CIT SPECT patients with syndromes. Materials methods Twenty-four without Parkinson's disease (mean age: 73.6 ± 8.2 years) were included this study. analysis during single- dual-task condition (walking backwards counting) performed within 3 months of each other. Patients visually categorized as having normal ( n  = 14) or abnormal  = 10) SPECT. In addition, a volume-of-interest-based uptake ratios (caudate putamen) relative occipital cortex voxelwise SPM8 also performed. Results did significantly differ terms spatiotemporal from those Moreover, after correction for multiple comparisons, we observe any association regional ratio single dual tasking. Finally, none these showed significant uptake. Conclusions Dopaminergic denervation, measured by SPECT, necessary induce alterations task presenting atypical
