摘要: Abstract We report on the phenology of sporophytes Octoblepharum albidum Hedw. (Calymperaceae), a moss growing in seasonal ecosystem between semi-deciduous Atlantic Forest and neotropical savanna areas Brazil. examined 100 sporophyte-bearing plants ten different populations every two weeks March/2014 April/2015. This is first analysis phenological data bryophytes using circular presentation to interpret cyclical phenomena. Sporophyte development events O. were clearly seasonal, with frequencies all phenophases being related principally rainfall. The three early stages sporophyte (immature post-meiotic sporangium) occurred predominantly during dry season, contrasting sporangia dehiscence, which mainly rainy season. Our findings contribute better understanding reproductive biology tropical ecosystems, particularly those habitats. also highlight con...
