摘要: Background: Observational research plays an important part in developmental due to its noninvasiveness. However, it has been hardly applied investigate efficacy of the child–therapist interaction context naturalistic behavioral interventions (NDBI). In particular, characteristics interplay are thought have a significant impact NDBIs children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Quantitative approaches may help identify key features during therapy and could be translated as instruments monitor early interventions. Methods: n = 24 (ASD) were monitored from time diagnosis (T0) after about one year intervention (T1). A novel observational coding system was video recorded sessions extract quantitative descriptors. We explored scheme reliability together convergent predictive validity. Further, we computational techniques changes associations between profiles outcomes. Results: Significant variables emerged time, suggesting that favorable outcome is associated interactions characterized by increased synchrony, better therapist’s strategies successfully engage child scaffold longer, more complex engaging interchanges. Interestingly, data models linked profiles, measures response trajectories. Conclusion: Current stresses need for process understand hows whys ASD intervention. Combining explaining interindividual variability. disclose successful trajectories or different phenotypes require specific dyadic modalities.
