摘要: Abstract This study evaluated the application of European flood forecasting operational real time system (EFFORTS) to Yellow River. An automatic data pre-processing program was developed provide real-time hydrometeorological data. Various GIS layers were collected and meet demands distributed hydrological model in EFFORTS. The parameters calibrated validated based on more than ten years historical from area. San-Hua Basin (from Sanmenxia Reservoir Huayuankou Hydrological Station), most geographically important area River, chosen as analysis indicates that EFFORTS enhances work efficiency, extends lead time, attains an acceptable level accuracy Basin, with a mean deterministic coefficient at Station, basin outlet, 0.90 calibration 0.96 validation. also shows simulation is better for southern part northern Basin. implies that, along characteristics mechanisms runoff generation model, play role behavior.
