摘要: The level of amputation continues to present a challenge for surgeons. In view this, 24 patients who required an their ischaemic leg were studied prospectively using Laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF), TcpO 2 measurements and ultrasound assess the best amputation. all gangrene rest pain indication Skin oxygen tension (TcpO ) skin blood flow (LDF) obtained day before surgery on proposed anterior posterior flaps below knee maximum systolic pressure was measured. chosen at by clinical judgement without reference mentioned above. A performed in 17 above seven. All amputations healed primary intention. pressures showed poor discrimination with median value 10 mmHg (0–25) AK 35 (0–85) BK group ( p > 0.05). contrast trend. 20 (4–50) 22 (2–60) flap compared amputees values 6 (2–11) 8 (3–38), respectively seemed more useful. LDF 36 mV (20–85) 34 (20–80) (10–18) 11 (8–38) or ankle pressures.
