摘要: A numerical solution has been obtained for the starting flow of a viscous fluid past circular cylinder at Reynolds numbers 40 and 100. The method used is step-by-step forward integration in time Helmholtz's vorticity equation. advantage working with that calculations can be confined to region non-zero near cylinder. general features flow, including formation eddies attached rear cylinder, have determined, drag calculated. At R = on decreases value very steady flow.
